主持/主研国家自然科学基金、四川省自然科学基金等部省级项目近10项，主持/主研专业横向项目20余项。在Fungal Diversity、Mycosphere、IMA Fungus、Plant Disease等学科主流期刊发表论文100余篇，其中以一作和通讯作者发表50余篇，一区或TOP期刊30余篇；参研省级教改项目2项；参编“十四五”规划教材2部；参讲省级一流课程1门；主编/副主编/参编学术专著3部。指导硕士研究生10人，合作指导博士研究生3人、硕士研究生5人，指导学生获校级优秀学位论文等校级及以上荣誉近20人次。
